HONEY BOUDOIR – BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES

At Honey Boudoir, every session is customized, prepared, and reserved just for you. To protect the time, talent, and resources that go into creating your experience, the following studio policies apply to all bookings.

PAYMENTS & BOOKING

• A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to book your session, even when the session fee is waived through a promotion.

• Our standard session fee is $599 unless otherwise stated in a limited-edition offer.

• All payments — including retainers, session fees, collections, upgrades, and add-ons — are 100% non-refundable.

• Payment plans are available weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

• Collections must be paid in full before your session date, unless you are using third-party financing (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay).

NO-REFUND POLICY

Because of the personalized nature of our services, all payments made to Honey Boudoir are final.

This includes:
✔ Session fees
✔ Retainers
✔ Collection purchases
✔ Payment plans
✔ Upgrades/add-ons
✔ Reschedule fees
✔ All product purchases

If you choose not to move forward with your session, your balance becomes in-studio credit that may be applied toward a future session within 12 months.

No cash refunds, digital refunds, or partial refunds are offered for any reason.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

• Rescheduling with more than 14 days notice: your payment transfers to a new date.

• Rescheduling with 14 days or less notice requires a $300 reschedule fee, due to pre-booked hair & makeup and studio preparation.

• No free reschedules are offered.

• Same-day cancellations or arriving more than 20 minutes late are considered no-shows.

• No-shows forfeit all payments and do not receive studio credit.

HAIR & MAKEUP

• Hair & makeup services are optional, but opting out does not reduce the session or collection price.

• If you arrive with hair and/or makeup already done, artist fees still apply, as artists are booked in advance for your appointment.

STUDIO RULES

To maintain a private and comfortable environment:

• No guests or children are allowed in the studio.

• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol before or during your session.

• Late arrivals reduce shoot time. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation without refund.

IMAGE POLICIES

• Proofs are not final edits and may not be screenshotted, cropped, filtered, or altered.

• Final image galleries are delivered within 1 week of your reveal.

• Albums and products take 4–6 weeks to arrive.

• Products and digitals are delivered only after full payment has cleared.

REVEAL & ORDERING

• Your reveal session takes place 1–2 weeks after your shoot.

• You will choose your images and finalize your order during the reveal appointment.

• Missed reveal appointments may incur a rescheduling fee at the studio’s discretion.

• All product and digital orders are final sale.

IN-STUDIO CREDIT

If you cancel or cannot attend your session:

• Your payments convert to in-studio credit

• Credit must be used within 12 months

• Credit cannot be refunded, transferred more than once, or exchanged for cash

CHARGEBACKS

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute is a direct violation of Honey Boudoir policies. All fees, legal costs, and recovery charges will be the responsibility of the client.

These policies exist to protect the experience we provide, the time we reserve specifically for you, and the work that goes into planning your session long before you walk through our studio doors.
